Female E-commerce Product Listing Executive (Amazon, Noon & Other Platforms) ID-578
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Product Listing Executive to manage online product listings across various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Noon, and others. The ideal candidate should have experience in product uploads, content optimization, inventory management, and general support for online store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- List new products on Amazon, Noon, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Prepare and upload product information, images, pricing, and descriptions.
- Write clear, SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
- Ensure all listings meet platform requirements and brand standards.
- Monitor and update inventory, pricing, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team for stock levels.
- Track listing performance and make improvements based on analytics and keyword research.
- Handle bulk uploads using Excel templates (flat files).
- Respond to platform errors, suppressions, or issues related to listings.
- Maintain accurate records of product details and updates.
- Research competitor listings and trends to stay competitive.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing product listings on Amazon and Noon (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of marketplace backend systems (Seller Central, Noon Partner Portal, etc.).
- Good understanding of e-commerce best practices and SEO for product listings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic photo editing tools.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
