Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Freelance HRM & UAE Labour Law Trainer to deliver engaging and practical training sessions for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience in the UAE and strong knowledge of the UAE Labour Law, including recent amendments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions (online or onsite) on Human Resource Management principles and UAE Labour Law.
- Customize course material based on student/professional needs.
- Deliver interactive sessions including real-life case studies, legal updates, and Q&A.
- Stay updated with UAE employment regulations and best HR practices.
- Offer guidance on compliance and legal frameworks relevant to UAE labor practices.

Requirements:
