About the Role:

We are committed to driving innovation and shaping the future at Al Ghurair. As we scale our impact in the mobility space, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager for our consumer-facing app at ZED – a transformative venture redefining urban transportation.

This is a high-impact opportunity for product leaders who love building at scale, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about user experience, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for ZED's consumer-facing product.
  • Leverage customer insights and analytics to shape features that solve real-world pain points.
  • Prioritize, maintain, and refine the product backlog in line with user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate across engineering, design, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of experiments, feature launches, and performance improvements.
  • Track and optimize OKRs and KPIs related to user satisfaction, product adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Proactively communicate product plans and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of product management experience—ideally in a consumer-facing tech startup.
  • Proven track record of launching scalable, user-centric products.
  • Proficient in tools like SQL, Amplitude, Metabase, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of APIs and modern tech stacks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
